James Patterson's talent. Not only does he write really well and have a strong following, but he writes many genres and is able to finish books quickly. It's amazing and that's a talent I wish to have. My second choice, should Patterson not be available, would be Neil Gaiman, for his strength of character and good business sense. At least with the writing world.
