So it's around 10:30-11:00 at night and I got fired from work today. That was the first major sign, I think, that apparently I need to get my life together. So now I've been working on the Series for a few hours. I've managed to finish gathering information about Damien's parents' names. Which are as follows: Kaleigh Caoilfhinn Blaire (mother) and Devlin Kenyon Dwyre (father). I also did their character descriptions which took forever. But I think I did a good job in choosing names without knowing too much about their meanings.

As for the first/second chapter: Laura helped me plan out the scenes and we talked about Damien's relationship with his parents and the relationship of the political beliefs that each of the main characters in connection to the others. In addition to that I know I need to complete a couple of more things (political party type things) before I go ahead and write. That may be tomorrow morning's gig though, since I'm tired.

Just got your message that you called yesterday. I'm hoping you remembered I had a prior commitment and that we're meeting tomorrow, Thursday...

How's the sorting out of political beliefs/parties going? Are you coming up with ideas, or are you feeling stuck? Reading about political parties -- past or present, American or otherwise -- might help you get ideas. I often read non-fiction, especially primary sources, as inspiration for ideas.

Have you written any more scenes? You could work on those thievery scenes...all action no politics.
